The character napoleon from the novel ‘Animal Farm’ by george orwell changed throughout the novel from start to finish. He begins as an innocent pig who just wanted to follow Old Major’s dream and not have humans run the farm, to walking on 2 legs and acting like a human. The events that caused him to change were Old Major’s death and the evolution, banishing Snowball and finally, starting trading and getting closer with humans. All these led to Napoleon going mad and being unrecognisably changed compared to how he was in the beginning.
